Silver Service

• Communicate via email prior to your arrival in order to establish your requirements for accommodation and answer any questions or concerns you may have.

• We will book suitable short-term accommodation for you. This will give you peace of mind knowing that all of your requirements will be met and that it will be of a good standard.

• We will be there to meet you upon your arrival at Brisbane airport and transport you to your accommodation.

• Help and information will be provided on how to register for Medicare (public health service) and how to apply for a Tax File and ABN number from the Australian Taxation Office. Information will also be given on the requirements needed to open a bank account, rent a property and obtain your Queensland Driving Licence. Forward planning will make it easier once you arrive.

• An information folder on the local area, including telephone numbers for good local services such as: Doctors, Dentists, Hairdressers, Hospitals, Car Hire and where to get free internet service (whilst waiting to get it up and running at home).

• A short list of suitable, available properties to rent will be compiled and presented to you upon your arrival.

• Information on schools and child care will be available.

• An invite to a social get together to enable you to meet other people living in the Redlands.

Gold Service

• Food items delivered to your accommodation prior to your arrival: Teabags, coffee, milk, sugar, orange juice, loaf of bread, loaf of raisin bread, margarine, packet of biscuits, box of cornflakes or rice bubbles.

• We will be there to meet you upon your arrival at Brisbane airport and transport you to your accommodation.

• Help and information will be provided on how to register for Medicare (public health service) and how to apply for a Tax File and ABN number from the Australian Taxation Office.
